William "Scott" Chandler (born July 23, 1985) is an American football tight end for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa. His older brother, Nathan Chandler, was the starting quarterback for the Iowa Hawkeyes in 2003.

He played in high school for powerhouse Southlake Carroll.

Chandler was drafted by the Chargers 129th overall in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He was waived by the team on April 27, 2009.
