Anthony Waters is a linebacker for the San Diego Chargers. He attended Clemson University for college. He was drafted by the Chargers in the 3rd round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Waters looked like a probable top 50 prospect entering the 2006 season, but the knee injury and his level of development pushed him to the third round.
