Played at the Senior Bowl and had a great week … Probably best suited as a disruptive one-gap tackle … Lacks the size to play as a 3-4 nose, but could play DE, although he lacks ideal height for the position … Great technique … Strong at the point of attack … Battles aggressively … Draws - and beats - double teams … Gets into the backfield … Collapses the pocket … Hardworking attitude … 16.5 of his 22.5 tackles as a Junior were behind the line of scrimmage including seven sacks … Has 4.9 speed … Was overpowered early against Arizona State (by double teams) but got stronger and increased the pressure up the middle as the game went on … Gave great effort against Washington despite being double teamed … Chased the QB out of the pocket and narrowly missed out on a sack and also stood a runner up in the hole and drove him back … Stuffed the run and got pressure up the middle against USC … Hit RB in backfield and RB escaped but lost even more yards … Exploded unblocked up the middle to nail RB for a safety … Good performance in the Holiday Bowl win over Texas A&M, including good penetration to hit RB in the backfield for no gain and pressure leading to a 4th down incompletion ...
