Personal:
Position: Offensive Tackle
Senior: Tennessee Arron Sears
Height: 6-4
Weight: 320
40-Time: 5.30

Strengths:
Arron Eugene Sears is a pretty good athlete for a man his size and stature. He has excellent size and bulk and is reasonably quick and moves very well in a small area. Sears is a smart player who is aware on the field and posseses good instincts allowing him to get to the second level. Arron is a technically sound tackle, plays in good position, and is versatile as a starter at tackle and both guard spots. Sears is an experienced player who received a lot of playing time against top-notch competition. Arron Sears was always a decent prospect buy really had an outstanding senior season to put him on every scouts list.

Weaknesses:
Though talented Arron Sears is not overly dominant in any aspect of his game. He lacks that real good push and power that would make him a good run blocker. Speed rushers have given Arron fits over his career and struggles to recover when beat. Weight, stamina and balance have been problems at times. Many NFL scouts feel that Sears is a bit of a 'tweener who might not have a perfect fit in terms of his pro position as he has never been able to focus on and master just one position. He may have some minor durability concerns.

Notes:
Arron Sears is a good prospect who does almost everything well, but does not excel at any one part of the game. If teams like what Arron brings to the table, he could be drafted early, and might make a good tackle or guard. Even if he doesn't make a full time roster spot, teams will still see some value in drafting Arron as he would make a very good backup player. If you look at his numbers from his Senior year scouts might have him ranked much higher.
