T.J. Williams NFL Draft Bio

Williams has all the physical tools to be a good starting tight end in the NFL, but he produced like a free agent because of inconsistent effort and intensity. He definitely looks the part on the "Hoof" despite being a little shorter and thinner than ideal -- when he plays aggressively, he has the natural strength to get movement on in-line run blocks consistently. He has the hands to make tough catches, but he tends to take his eyes off the ball too often which leads to him fighting the ball and dropping passes he should catch easily.
