Skyler Green has explosive speed and is a receiver / returner who makes big plays out in the open field. Exceptional speed and ability makes Skyler a touchdown threat everytime he touches the ball. Green has very good hands, and has shown the ability to make the tough catch, over-thrown passes on the tips of his fingers without having to break stride. He runs good routes and has a burst out of cuts to get separation consistently.

Scouts worry about Green's biggest weakness, his lack of size as he is under 5-10. Skyler has been had a few injuries at the college level, so his ability to stay healthy in the NFL is a question. Green has been known to make bad decisions fielding punts inside the 10-yard line as well as bringing out kickoff returns deep in the end zone. Bottom line is Green's lack of size is going to be the thing that hinders him most as he makes the jump to the NFL because the league has eaten up a ton of tremendous college receivers who were under 5-10 and never made any real impact as a pro.
