Marcedes Lewis has excellent size with long arms and a frame to easily add more weight. .Marcedes is a superb athlete with good quickness, decent speed and good leaping ability. Lewis has excellent hands and can adjust to the poorly thrown ball to make that great catch. He has the size and the ability to be a great blocker and even does better then most people give him credit for. With solid speed, Marcedes Lewis, can get down the middle and stretch the seam on a defense. Lewis is a very productive player and was the most feared offensive pass threat on his team. Marcedes Lewis is still a young developing prospect and has a lot of upside.

Marcedes Lewis does not have the speed most NFL tight ends have, and lacks explosiveness which may cause him to have trouble separating at the next level. Lewis is a tall player but really could bulk up and add more weight as he is very lanky. Question some scouts have is if Lewis hits the weights and get stronger will it affect his speed?
