Reggie Bush NFL Draft Bio

Elite Prospect!

Reggie Bush is a first rate prospect who has outstanding speed and quickness. Bush possesses a tremendous burst and actually seems to be faster with full gear on. Reggie not only has all the tools to be a first pick overall but he is very instinctive and has great vision. He is an excellent receiver both out of the backfield as well as in the slot and would also make an excellent NFL return man. Reggie is very strong for his size and will break tackles, or run players down. He also has tremendous speed, and agility which makes him very elusive and almost impossible to tackle in the open field. Reggie Bush has great feet and the ability to start and stop, like no other back in this draft. Reggie can run both outside and inside very effectively and is only one run away from the highlight reel on a game by game basis.

Reggie Bush stands at 6-0 tall and makes you wonder if he has the size to be the featured back in the NFL. Worked well in tandem with LenDale White but never carried the full work load at the college level. The question for doubters is, can he pick up the tough yards in the NFL? Reggie needs to spend some time improving his blocking, but he is very smart and blitz protection shouldn't be a problem. All in all there are not too many questions surrounding Reggie Bush. Simply will Reggie be able to hold up physically in the pros NFL?

Reggie Bush won the Heisman Trophy and has been affectionately nicknamed by friends, fans and family alike as "The President". Bush is a very dynamic playmaker who is a threat to score every time he touches the ball whether it be as a runner, receiver or return man. His play style is similar to Marshall Faulk and some suggest he maybe even better. Reggie is a rare prospect who doesn't come along very often, and teams work hard to attain a player of his considerable talent. Reggie Bush is a lock for the Top 3 overall picks, and probably 1st overall in 2006.
