Jonathan Massaquoi (born May 11, 1988) is an American football defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Troy. He was considered one of the best linebacker prospects for the 2012 NFL Draft.

Massaquoi attended Butler County Community College for a year before transferring to Troy University. During his two years at Troy he recorded 128 tackles and 19.5 sacks.

On January 13, 2012, Massaquoi announced that he would forgo his senior season and enter the 2012 NFL Draft.

Massaquoi was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons at the 5th round, 29th pick and 164 overall in the 2012 NFL draft.
