Fletcher Cox (born December 13, 1990) is an American football defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. After playing college football for Mississippi State, he was selected 12th overall by the Eagles in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Cox was born in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Cox played three seasons at Mississippi State University. As a junior in 2011, Cox was named an All-American by Pro Football Weekly.
