Markell Carter (born December 21, 1989) is an arena football middle linebacker for the Pittsburgh Power of the Arena Football League (AFL). He was drafted by the New England Patriots with the 194th overall pick in the 6th round of the 2011 NFL Draft.

He was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on July 29, 1989 and later graduated from Bartlesville High School. He then attended Central Arkansas and played on the football team.
