James Da'One Brewer (born December 23, 1987) is an American football offensive tackle for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He played college football at Indiana.

He was drafted by the New York Giants in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Despite making the Giants 53-man roster out of training camp for the 2011 season, Brewer was a gameday inactive for all 16 regular season games.
