FIA pressing forward with engine freeze plan

FIA president Max Mosley says he will go ahead with plans to freeze engine development for three years starting in 2008. In a letter sent to all teams, Mosley states he is not about to change the rules by which they all signed up for unless there is unanimous agreement among all the teams - something that has yet to materialize.
