Tailgating Treats: Denver Broncurrito (by gocookyourself )
Stewing Beef/ Beef Stock/ Rice/ Burrito Sauce/ Flour Tortilla/ Cheddar/ Hot Sauce/ Chilli Powder

HEAT to 160C
POUR oil into frying pan and heat on full
ADD beef to pan and brown on each side
REMOVE when browned
POUR two litres of boiling water into pan (4 cups)
STIR in concentrated beef stock
SACK beef into stock
COOK in oven for 4-5 hours
LIFT cooked beef out of stock - it will be falling apart
POUR 1-2 cups of rice into beef stock
SIMMER over a medium heat until cooked
KEEP stock—do not throw out
FORK the beef into shreds (2)
PLACE in bowl and pour over a little leftover stock
SPRINKLE chilli powder over cooked rice and stir
WARM tortilla for 30 seconds on hot plate to soften
SPOON rice into centre of tortilla
HEAP beef on top
DRIZZLE over hot sauce
PINCH two ends inward and carefully wrap burrito (3)
PLACE in cooking dish (3)
REPEAT until dish is full
DRIZZLE burrito sauce over the top, with a little grated cheese (4)
BAKE in oven for 10-20 minutes
TOUCHDOWN in your mouth
GO BRONCOS

Sydney Leroux scored in the 77th minute and the U.S. women's soccer team earned a 1-0 victory over Canada Friday night. The Americans extended their home unbeaten streak to 78 games (67-0-10). Canada has not defeated the U.S. since 2001.

Super Bowl fever is in full swing and everyone from sports analysts to octopi are offering their predictions. Gary Tanguay and Kirk Minihane are in studio to play a Super Bowl edition of Over/Under. Marshawn Lynch - 90.5 rushing yards "I dont think they need him to rush for a 120 yards to win," says Minihane.

Make it 48 Super Bowls in a row for Donald Crisman, Larry Jacobson and Tom Henschel. The three fans have attended every Super Bowl. The streak began Jan. 15, 1967, when Green Bay beat Kansas City 35-10 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. They are now in the New York-New Jersey region for Sunday's game between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium Jacobson, 74, of San Francisco, went to the first game to impress a woman he wanted to date.

In some weird coincidence, the two states that have passed laws legalizing the sale of recreational marijuana are both represented in the Super Bowl. So it's been no surprise that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has faced a handful of questions regarding the league's stance on marijuana and he will take it off the banned substance list.
