Rondo leads Celtics past slumping Spurs

Rajon Rondo had 22 points and 14 assists, Paul Pierce scored 21 and the Boston Celtics stopped slipping further from first in the Eastern Conference, beating the slumping San Antonio Spurs 107-97 on Thursday night.

Canucks clinch Presidents Trophy

Defenceman Christian Ehrhoff scored with less than one second left in the second period to break a 1-1 tie as the Vancouver Canucks defeated the Los Angeles Kings 3-1 Thursday night to claim the NHLs Presidents Trophy for the first time in franchise history.

Leafs still alive after shootout win over Bruins

Nazem Kadri scored the only shootout goal to help the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Boston Bruins 4-3 on Thursday night. With the point for reaching overtime, the Bruins clinched a tie for the Northeast Division title. The next Boston win or loss by Montreal will give the Bruins the division title.
