Activists interrupt Olympic torch relay

Protesters have held up the Olympic torch on its passage around Victoria. Just as the torch and its entourage were heading toward a triumphant celebration at the legislature, organizers packed torchbearers in their vehicles and attempted to move around the demonstration.
