According to Josh Norman’s social media account on Instagram, members of the Buffalo Bills defense broke some protocol and worked out together on Saturday. Norman shared some videos of the group on the field doing some typical football workouts, but some team bonding appeared to be going on, too. The Bills defense was playing some volleyball as well.
