Justin Leonard came from three strokes off to capture the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic.Leonard came from three shots back to sneak past a faltering Joe Ogilvie on the third hole Sunday on his way to a 5-under 67 and three-shot victory over Ogilvie and Tim Clark at the 2005 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. During his run, Leonard shot four rounds of 68 or better including a sizzling final-round of 67. The last two Bob Hope Classic champions, Phil Mickelson in 2004 and Mike Weir in 2003, went on to play extremely well. In fact Phil Mickelson used the Bob Hope Classic as a launching pad to win the Masters, his first major title. Mike Weir went on to don the green jacket at Augusta in 2003. Will Leonard be off to do great things? We hope so.
