The par-71 Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is 6,814 yards from the championship tees. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort was named on "GOLF Magazine's" 1998 list of "Silver Medal Resorts," it features two outstanding eighteen hole courses. The Links Course was built in the Laurel Mountains and features large greens. The terrain is naturally hilly, and the fairways are lined with large rocks and trees to navigate. There are several water hazards and sand bunkers built into the course's design. The Mystic Rock Course has water coming into play on ten holes. Even though the fairways were cut out of the woods, they still afford generous landing areas. The greens are large and undulating. "GOLF Magazine" selected the Mystic Rock Course 96th in its 1998 category of the "Top 100 Courses You Can Play in the U.S."
Previous winners include, Vijay Singh, J.L. Lewis, Dan Forsman, Robert Allenby, Chris DiMarco and more.
