History: National Football League (NFL) Records
The Dynasty!
Congratulations to the New England Patriots, Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, MVP Deion Branch and the rest of the team for winning Super Bowl XXXIX by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 24 - 21. Honorable mention must go to Terrell Owens of the Philadelphia Eagles who gave us a gut wrenching performance. Terrell played very well despite playing on a broken ankle, which he broke only five weeks prior, catching 9 passes for 122 yards.
